2. What data we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone and message content. When you subscribe to alerts — your email address and search criteria. Analytics cookies are activated only with your explicit consent.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your inquiry (legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and to send you alerts about new properties when you have subscribed (consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Retention
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the communication ends. Subscriptions — until you withdraw consent via the unsubscribe link included in every email.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction, portability and objection. To exercise your rights, write to igoshev@pure-home.bg. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian DPA (cpdp.bg).
6. Sharing with third parties
Data is stored with hosting and email providers within the EU/EEA or under safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
